1. Overview
Zigiju Learning is an educational platform that connects students with qualified tutors to provide exam preparation, primarily for the Ethiopian University Entrance Examination. We offer both group and one-on-one tutoring sessions online.

2. Registration and Account
Users (students and tutors) must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Zigiju Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or provide false information.

3. Booking and Payments
Students can book individual or group tutoring sessions through our platform. All sessions must be booked and paid for through the official Zigiju Learning system. Payment must be made in advance through approved methods (e.g., local bank transfer, telebirr, etc).

Prices:
1-on-1 sessions: 500 ETB/hour
Group sessions: 300 ETB/hour
Tutors receive a percentage-based commission after applicable tax deductions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Students:
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours (1-on-1) or 24 hours (group) in advance for a full refund or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Tutors:
Tutors must give advance notice before cancelling sessions (12 hours for 1-on-1 and 24 hours for group sessions). Repeated or last-minute cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension.

5. Code of Conduct
By using our platform, you agree to:
Maintain respectful and professional behavior in all sessions.
Not use abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language.
Follow the academic integrity guidelines and not engage in cheating or impersonation.

Tutors must:
Be punctual and prepared for every session.
Avoid personal tutoring solicitations outside the platform.

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, and resources created on Zigiju Learning remain the property of Zigiju Learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Data Privacy
We collect and use your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
Zigiju Learning is not responsible for:
Internet disruptions or technology failures during sessions.
Tutor performance beyond reasonable control.
Academic performance outcomes.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes will be resolved under Ethiopian jurisdiction.
